That place where you feel un-judged, loved and safe -- no matter how you act or what you do. The size of the home means nothing when the home is intentional.
Can we please start normalizing Normal homes. Messy but full of laughter homes. My house is not a mansion, but it is home and worthy to be thankful for.

When you first start a home, you bring in the things that you were taught. Me, being a 90's baby can we just all agree it was TOXIC. Hear me out for a second. We grew up in the land of do whatcha want, don't read those ingredients you'll be fine.
But we are not fine, we are struggling with anxiety, depression, pregnancy, hormones, generational curses, all the while our parents Gaslight us telling us "its just life, seasons are hard"
I see you, feel you, your pain is real, and I am here for you.
Here on intentional Living I hope you feel solace in knowing you are not alone. We will overcome together. Slowly. Small changes can equal big breakthroughs.
