Canning Cranberry Juice

Sanitize quart size jars, rings & lids.


1 Cup cranberries (making sure to pick thorough and rid any older cranberries)


1/2 cup sugar


*using a canning funnel helps



Fill with filtered water with 1 inch head space.


Clean rims with vinegar.


Apply rings and lids finger tight.




Water bath can for 25 minutes. Rolling boil.


Remove from water and let sit for 24 hours undisturbed.


It's normal for some sugar to still be settled on the bottom. After 24 hours feel free to shake it up and remove lids to check seal & let sit for 4-6 weeks before drinking! Enjoy!
